Welcome to my home page!
I am a Specially Appointed Researcher at Osaka University/Waseda University. Previously I was worked at Institute of Science, Tokyo. My research field is Computational Social Science. I focus on analyzing social media data to understand critical events, political ideologies, and human behaviour.
I was reciepent of Monbukagakusho (MEXT) Scholarship for Ph.D. in Kyushu University, Japan. My research during Ph.D. was focused on computational analysis of News media.
I have M.Phil (Master of Philosophy) in Area Studies with specialisation on Japan from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi. My research interest include computational propaganda, political communication, and social media analysis.
I have published in journals such as Social Media and Society, First Monday, Digital Scholarship in the Humanities and IEEE Access. I am also enthusiatic about presenting my research in top international conferences such as International Conference on Computational Social Science (IC2S2), Computer-Human Interaction (ACM-CHI), International Communication Association (ICA), and Web Conference (WWW).
